OMG

I ate a whole bag of Haribo Gummi Bears.

Fitness update: Let's see--last week I ended with Sunday 11/16, and Monday is our "off" day, so I'll start with Tuesday. Note: this week, I was sidelined by a bad headache that ended up being the precursor of a bad cold. Booooo germs! I also totally semi-tore my hamstrings doing dead lifts on Tuesday without keeping my knees bent.

Tue 11/18: 30min on treadmill (I did the crazy random hill one that kills, Eric ran at a fast clip at 2.0 incline), arm workout #1
Wed 11/19: 30min on stairmaster (the "Empire State Bldg), insane abs
Sat 11/22: ran 35min on the indoor track (just under 4 mi), insane legs

So this week was kinda sub-par, but not out of lack of motivation or laziness. We have to allow our bodies time to recover & heal, or else we can get more permanently sidelined with illness and injury. Next week will be a challenge due to the holiday, but we're going to try to keep it up!
