Dude, but I'm tired. I just fell asleep sitting up, like, no joke. One minute I was studying, the next minute I was waking up a half hour later with my chin on my chest and some really gnarly, slightly painful, indentations on my hands where they were pressing against the spirals on my notebook.
But I must go on! Our second GI exam is on Friday morning, on "solid organs"--yeah, I'd never thought of organs that way, either. Studying + baking for the first-year mentees + some research project stuff = busy times. Oooooh I'll be so happy when the exam is done. I feel like once all this is done, I'll be able to float, or even fly. But til then, I'll just keep trudging --erm, I mean swimmin'-- along.
Merry almost-Christmas, and Happy belated Hanukkah!

I just learned that kids have an extra organ called the thymus! (learned it at body worlds II). Now I think of that whenever I see a kid prancing along. The fetus section was really really cool
merry xmas! :)
