I try to be good about what I eat, and then every now and then I go to a party and eat like... everything. Yesterday I had about a quarter pan of rice krispie treats (yummmmm), a large slice of chocolate cream pie, and a piece of double chocolate ice cream cake. On top of the potluck food that was served. Ay. And I wonder why I can't take off this extra couple pounds I've gained in the last couple years?
But thankfully I'm back to exercising on a pretty regular basis. My muscles had missed it while I was on my AI! Here's a 3-week fitness update:
Week of 7/5:
Mon 7/6 - Bob week 3-4 (20min Bob + 10min Jillian + warm up and cool down). KILLER! The lunge-jumps were sooo hard that day. I was sore for like, 2 weeks
Wed 7/8 - 15min row + 15min treadmill + abs
Thurs 7/9 - arms #1 + 15min Expresso bike
(this weekend we got sick and laid around)
Week of 7/12:
Mon 7/14 - 20min Pilates, 25min Bob
Tue 7/15 - arms #2, 15min Expresso bike
Wed 7/16 - bike, run (I don't remember exactly what we did but that's what I wrote)
(this weekend we went to Philly for Hizzle Pizzle fun)
Week of 7/19:
Sun 7/19 - 20min cardio, 100 pushups workout (week 4 day 3 for me = 130 pushups, week 5 day 1 for E = ~140)
Mon 7/20 - 50min pilates
Wed 7/22 - 30min Expresso bike
Fri 7/23 - Jillian levels 1&2, stretch
Now, if only I could just limit myself to 1 (or even just 2) desserts per day!
