Sometimes I think: Gee, I could really see myself living anywhere. Having lived on both east and west coasts, and having known people raised in places like the Midwest and South Africa and various European countries, I can see the pros and cons of settling down pretty much anywhere. I used to be very only-California-ever-ever, but my mind has definitely opened up to the possibilities that I may end up anywhere. And the truth is, I know that as long as I have a career and family I love, I'll be happy.
But nights like tonight--nights when a group of awesome people and I sit outside as the California sky turns turquoise and the hot summer air turns cool--make me feel like California is home. And you know? There's just no place like home.

Yea RSS feed!
It's not that I'm lazy, I just don't want to click a few links each day to see what my friends are up to...
I was going to leave a comment about how for the next several years it really won't matter where you live since you'll be spending your life in a class room/hospital but I couldn't decide if it would be negative or funny so I decided not to.
